"Wanted to be able to see w/o distance glasses after surgery. I am OK with cheaters for close work. Very disappointed with the $2000 upgraded lenses . One eye is OK. Other is not."

"I always feel so welcomed at the Sebring location. Just had lasik in Tampa and they were amazing there as well. Thank you Dr. Newsom and staff for this life changing opportunity and for being so kind and making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process!"

"All that stuff were helpful and knowleaudible. For a busy office They got you in and out pretty quickly Kianalee Garcia Made sure my mother-in-law Knew what to expect on the day of the procedure. And she answered all the questions that we had. She made a stressful Day very comfortable.."

"My four month long adventure with Newsome Eye's Sebring location has become dismal. As I suffer from glaucoma, and use drops to control my eye pressure, I scheduled an appointment in May 2023 with Newsome. From the time I arrived until the doctor saw me, was approximately two hours, most of which I spent sitting alone in an exam room after having my eyes dilated. I finally stuck my head out and asked one of the assistants if they had forgotten me. When the doctor came in finally, I was offered laser treatment, which he said would be easier and permanent. When I left it was so late there was no one at the front desk, about 5.30 p.m. The doctor told me that he would get clearance from my insurance, and then get back to me. Fast forward to October 2...after no word I called and asked what the status was. I was told that the doctor I saw "no longer comes to Sebring" and that I would need to come back in for a re-exam (at my expense) since it had been "over three months since the exam." Of course, I rather doubt my insurance will clear such a thing, because they should have done their business correctly up front. I have very good state insurance, and I guess they are not either interested in my eyes or my well being. When I expressed my dismay at having to pay again for a re exam...they told me they'd have an office manager call me. I'm still waiting. Newsome Eye in Sebring right now is on my DO NOT RECOMMEND list. David Crim"

"I have been a devoted customer of Newsom Eye for many years. I am very pleased with the customer service that I receive from entrance and everything in between until the exit. The entire staff are well trained. If l was seeking employment Newsom Eye would be my top priority. Thank you kindly to all who has played a part for me to continue to have my eyesight. May God continue to bless everyone. Keep doing a great job. AndreaJConner"
