"I've always scheduled my appointments a month in advance within the past 3 months with this office . About 1 week before my appointment they would call and cancel saying the doctor won't be available. First time, I was ok. Second time, maybe it happens. I needed appointments on the weekends. But this is the final straw! 4 times- way too much! I could've gone to another doctor already. Thank you Optical outlets for wasting my time!!"

On the phone Cindy was AMAZING, very patient and provided outstanding customer service. Today, she was very polite assisting me at check in and at the end providing me with a note for my kid's school. "I have only ever dealt with optical outlets since moving to Florida 5 years ago. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. I’ve never had any issues getting my questions answered. I had to reschedule multiple times because I kept getting sick and they accommodated me each time without fail. The sales staff who assists you with finding a new pair of glasses are fabulous and extremely knowledgeable on their products.
