"Stay far away from this sham of a vets office. They pull your heart strings to get you to pay for unnecessary medical expenses for your pets. They charged me a fee to have someone look at an x ray to say that my pet was constipated. Maybe I should be a vet because I knew that because it was the main reason I brought her in. They then send her home knowing she still had the issue and want to charge me to bring her back. Sorry but I rather bring my pets to Doctor Jack Kevorkian at least I know they will get much better medical care and they won’t rip me off like Banfield did."

"I can't describe what a terrible experience we had. My dog Zack passed away and they gave me all different reasons why he was sick. I only went twice and they knew my baby wasn't going to make it and the sucked me into getting a Benfield Wellness Program. Now my baby is gone within a matter of 2 week after going there I have to pay a year for the insurance the sucked me into. STAY AWAY!!!"
