"Very bad experience, very unprofessional, I came with my dog for a scheduled appointment, the groomer came to meet me and the dog, I told her to be gentle because she was nervous, she asked the age, I told her 15, she said she won’t take dogs that age, my dog is a poodle she looks and feels and act like 5 years old, I was honest, I m so upset, that that they never asked the age, I didn’t know it’s a limit for grooming dogs, it’s upsetting, she said I should it told when I made the appointment, I’m not going to do their job, he never asked, if is your policy, asked, not good place. I’m very disappointed with this place. And one more thing put in your add, specifically up to what age you take dogs, I guess from now on, it’s better to lay."

"They Cut our dog on accident in the neck area, but then did not tell us about it when we picked our dog up. In fact, it felt like we were rushed out. We had to discover this clump of glue on our dogs neck when we got home and called to ask what happened. 1.5 weeks later it is still a huge black scab on our dogs neck. We’ve never had a groomer say that our dog was moving around too much and that’s why the cut. We will never go back."
