"We had the worst haircut experience. Hair cut was uneven, and we could not even recognize our dog after this. Ears felt like they were chewed on by someone, tail was completely shaved without asking us, areas of her body were shabbily shaved, and the style was exactly opposite to what we had asked for. Ear also was not cleaned well. We payed $125, and they refunded only $45, despite having such a bad experience."

"I had the hardest time picking a groomer after all the horror stories i’d heard, but picking this place was the best decision i’ve ever made. I have a Pomeranian, so groomer is a necessity and she always comes home looking and smelling great and her happy normal self.
