"Do not send your friends or loved ones to this place!!! It is unacceptable what goes on there!!! You cannot sleep at night due to the staff speaking loud, laughing, and cackling in the hallways, constant slamming of patients’ doors by the staff as well cause they are too dense to close the doors softly after they visit a room. Don’t expect to stay clean, cause you can only shower twice a week by appointment because there is ONLY ONE SHOWER ROOM for the entire place!!!! And the water pressure in the shower sucks!!!! The water that you drink is not filtered and tastes like sulfur! The only GOOD things about this place are the food and the physical therapy staff! Those 2 things get the 5 stars ⭐️ but otherwise this place is deplorable!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!"

"The staff are kind and caring. My family member lives there now and I thought it would be tough change for him, but he actually loves it. He knows all the staff by name and he treats them like family. The food is good, his room is clean and his ARNP is amazing! She takes the time to explain everything to him."

"Attention vendors/providers! Do not do business with this facility! My company has transported one of their residents to and from the doctors office MONTHS AGO! And MY COMPANY STILL hasn't been compensated for our service. And the excuses get lamer and lamer! I don't think I am wrong for wanting my pay but they don't care. They're crooks, not professional at all! I could only imagine how they treat their employees... I'm only giving them 1 star because I can't give 0 or a half star! And If corporate is seeing this message, get it together!"

"Our family member was admitted after back surgery and for IV therapy. Keeping in mind the building is very old it is clean . We did not detect any foul oders. Her room is simple with an electric bed, TV & remote, dresser, bedside stand, over the bed table, toilet and sink. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She has physical therapy twice daily in a complete PT facility. They have special events and encourage participation . The environment reflects an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Did not see debilitated patients parked in wheelchairs in the hallways all day. We rather she was home but we are pleased with this facility ."

"I have been living at Winter Haven Health and Rehab for almost a year now. The staff is awesome and take care of you as fast as possible. They put up with more than they deserve or get paid for. You show respect, and you'll get it in return. The kitchen staff is great, and the food is good. Yeah, it sometimes may not be to your liking but all you have to do ask for an alternative. The staff here will do whatever you need and then some. The therapy staff is fantastic and the gym is peaceful and quite so you can concentrate without interruptions. So if you need short-term or long-term care give Winter Health and Rehab a try. Remember if you give good vibes, you'll get good vibes in return."
