"Very disappointing....I have never been able to get a return phone call from anyone there.....I just keep calling back to make my reservation or inquiry. I have used them for a year now and boarded our cat maybe 6 times.....never thrilled but she seemed fine staying there until this last visit. It was evident she got very little attention. Came home smelling like urine and felt filthy. Our cat carrier came home with what appeared to be paint on it and it too was filthy. Bottom line: it didn't go there in the condition it came home - we literally threw it away. I called to relay my disappointment. The manager was fine and understanding. They did decide to offer a portion of the stay and comp it. However, I have yet to see the credit. It's been over a month now. Again, trying to track it down and have left 3 messages now. This will be the last I do business theres."
"Had a great experience with the staff. My dog is older and is quite anxious, but the staff was very accommodating to my old pup during his stay. I recommend this place to anyone who's nervous about leaving their fur baby for an extended time and want a peace in mind."
"While traveling across the country, we had the need to board our shih Tzu lasso apso mix in Pensacola, Florida. My wife made the search online while I drove and she located play and stay. We were very pleased to see that this was as much a motel as it was a dog housing area. Everything was clean. The people were friendly. We left our puppy there for about 48 hours and couldn't be more pleased. He came out clean and smelled like he did when he went in. That's not always the case with every place that we have boarded in the history. We would highly recommend this place."
"Walked in unannounced and they showed us around. What a great doggie day care and the boarding room is adorable. Dogs have stayed now a couple three times. Always happy to go in and happy to come out!"
"First of all we do not have a dog but we had to go there with our friends to drop their dog off for her stay before our trip. I was so impressed that I had to get out of the car to see the place! It was amazing to see the facility and watch how they treat their guests (dogs)!! They have private rooms with full length windows to look outdoors! Who has that? They have outdoor safe playtime ! They can even take their own beds and treats!! What a place!!!"
