"I absolutely love Vanity Fur and my girl’s groomer, Sara! Sara is so nice and does such a good job with my goldendoodle. She’s been taking care of my Nola for 4 years. Nola always comes back happy and looking cute and fresh!"

"I have been here on two different occasions with my four cavaliers. However, my most recent interaction with the facility has left me conflicted. I initially reached out to Shannon who is the person who previously groomed them, she notified me she was out on maternity leave and to reach out to the salon directly, so I did on November 27 to schedule an appointment, I received a text response on November 28, after several back and forth attempts to schedule a time for my dogs to get groomed before the holidays finally after no response on December 18, I ended up taking them to another place. On the positive side, the grooming services provided for my dogs prior to this were excellent. The staff displayed genuine care and skill, leaving my dog looking and feeling fabulous. Attempts to reach them regarding appointments have frustrated me, but the grooming quality is there! The facility is clean; everyone was friendly upon arrival, but the subpar communication significantly detracted my feelings about the place. Improving responsiveness would undoubtedly enhance the customer experience and elevate this facility's standing."

"I can’t say enough good things about the team at Vanity Fur. I began taking both of my dogs there for grooming around 2019, when I first moved to the area. Over the years, they have taken such good care of my dogs, even as they got older and more difficult to groom because of mobility issues. Recently, both of my dogs passed away, and the groomers took the time to send me a hand written card for both of my dogs. I appreciate their care, attention to detail, and the love they showed to both of my babies. On top of that, the dogs always came home looking and smelling so fresh. I can’t recommend this business enough."

"I have been bringing my boys here for a while and everyone is so nice but today I was shocked to see one of my dogs. I paid and scheduled for their next appointments before they were brought to me and was so stunned that I took them and left but I am so upset and disappointed by the job that was done on him. When dropped off I was asked if I wanted his usual & I said yes so I certainly was not expecting a dog I hardly recognized at pickup, this was definitely not his usual. I don’t know that I will be able to trust enough to bring him back and I think it’s going to take a while to grow out and fix this. These are before and after pics"

"The BEST groomers in Pensacola! I tried several others before finding the ladies at Vanity Fur and none of them were up to my standards. But they are absolutely the greatest. Amanda always does so good with my chihuahua whose back outside nails get curled under his pads so bad. She’s so patient and amazing at her job! Would Definitely recommend them!"
