"If you want your medicines either: 1. Not filled ever and know you have too many to keep up to find out by new pharmacy filling it immediately as it shows not been filled. 2. Tell you you have to pay fully for meds when you have 2 insurances on file. That's not all: Give wrong medicines in bottles... OH and short you however they like by marking the outside of bottle but not letting customer just assume one will see and notice. Very rude and disrespectful on the phone as well. They need to shut down!!!"

"The staff is very friendly, welcomes their customers when you go in, prescriptions are ready, and don't have to wait very long."

"Called this place asking if they could make compound prescriptions and if they took my insurance. They said they could and that they accepted my insurance and would check to make sure my insurance covered the prescription and if not, obviously I’d have to pay for it. I get there and immediately the girl at the front tells me compound prescriptions aren’t covered by insurance. Not sure why the person on the phone felt the need to give false information and waste my time. They then told me the cost would be $46. Mad that the person on the phone couldn’t give me correct information I didn’t get the prescription filled here. Called another pharmacy that immediately said compound prescriptions weren’t covered by insurance and went there instead 10 more minutes down the road to PACE PHARMACY and got it filled for $15!"

"This is best pharmacy ive ever been too. Never had to wait longer than 20 mins even with a line around the building and never had any issues or complaints about the staff either, not even overwhelm or being stressed cause they have to take care of 10 different people at the same time with who knows how many meds each. Ive used them for 7 years now and literally NEVER EVER had once single issue. And if i personally had issues, and needed help with anything, their pharmacist and their techs were beyond gracious to help me with anything. They are 1000x above and beyond the highest standard pharmacy around here, not kidding."

"I've given them three chances to make things right, and they failed to provide decent services each time. First, they passed blame to the doctor's office about a prior authorization - they told me that the office never sent one in, when they did. Second, they never called to let me know when my prescription was ready - I asked to be notified. Third, when I told them I'd accept a medication out of pocket - they still never ordered it. It's been a month of getting the run-around from them about my medication. I wanted to support a local business, but this particular pharmacy was a complete letdown."
