Inverness Medical Imaging

"I have never had worse customer service from a medical provider. I have tried for three weeks to get an appointment for a mammogram. I left a callback number twice, a phone message once, and stopped in person to make an appointment. Phone calls have never been returned. The person at the front desk refused to make an appointment when I did not have my order along with me. She took my name and number and said they would call me later that day. Two weeks later I have not been called. They certainly need to improve their phone system, get their new computer system up to speed, and have more accommodating personnel at the front desk. After waiting three weeks, I called my previous provider and was able to immediately schedule an appointment for the day and time of my choice. Granted I have to drive a further distance, but the ease of scheduling is definitely worth it. I will never do business with Inverness medical imaging again."

"I've always had good experiences with IMI until recently. I don't know.if they have someone new scheduling appointments or.what. Today makes the third time I'm being "re-scheduled" for a pretty important test my Dr wants me to have. The first time I was literally 5 minutes late & I called ahead to let them know. The second time I forgot the paperwork. Today they say they called me and changed the appt time from 3:15 to 2:15. I'm done. Period.."

"No one will answer the phone . There’s an old mean red haired hag at the front desk. Don’t pay there , they send a bill out anyways and say you did not pay and then have to provide paper proof . Manager could care less and looked like she hasn’t slept for a month or drugged out . They need a whole new staff there ."

"Inverness Imaging has a great staff. They were very friendly and very patient even though I was moving slowly. The x-ray technician carefully positioned me so as to not hurt my joints. I would definitely go there the next time I need x-rays even though I live on the other side of the county!"

"I got through on my first call. Staff were very nice on the phone and in person. I walked in for an x-ray at 3:35 pm, nine people were in the waiting room. My x-rays were complete and I was out the door at 4:10 p.m. It took 5 minutes to find my x-ray order because it was still on the fax machine. One of the nicest waiting rooms I've been in around here. Upbeat pop music playing, everyone seemed happy. No cell phone signal there. Clean facility. Easy insurance and HIPAA paperwork. Great X-ray tech. I would definitely use this facility again."
