"Had my first appointment at Palm Medical Centers Spring Hill office on Friday, very welcoming office, very clean and friendly staff. The receptionist was very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very comfortable. She introduced herself (Joanna) I remembered her name because she was the receptionist, the Medical Assistant but she was also the administrator she moved very fast doing all three positions by herself with minimal wait time, I was checked in triage and in the room with the doctor in under 20minutes she did that while still attending to the phones. I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour because she had 2 more patients before me.ARNP Pinto was very knowledgeable and I look forward to my next appointment."

"Palm medical in Springhill is the best. I had an appointment today and they took really good care of me. They listen to me and explained to me what was going on and how we were going to ataque the issues. Joanna the administrator is awesome she is very helpful and kind. Dr Pinto is amazing she took time to talk to me and come up with a game plan to attack the disused that I have. I am so happy to be going there. They honestly made me feel comfortable. I know I am in good hands. If you need a Dr I honestly recommend Dr Pinto. And the staff are very kind. God blessed them all."
