Located at 116 West Venice Avenue, Seed and Bean Market is the first CBD marketplace of its kind in the region. They pride themselves on offering only the highest quality foods and beverages, thoroughly tested CBD products, and a laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The founders believe that their community is their home, and their customers are like family.

"We have been eaten here 6 or 7 times. Always impressed by the excellent food preparation. The variety of choices is amazing. We have only come in for dinner. There is wonderful live music several nights per week. There is always a kind smiling face to greet us and help us feel at home. Emma is great behind the bar."
"Some nice choices for lunch. Inside or outside seating. A counter inside with cooler air, but also open that looks out. Interesting beverage choices to try. My sandwich was large and yummy! The hash browns would have been perfect but very oily, ask them to drain them, I will next time, cause tasty but not healthy. Nice vibe, clean and friendly."
"I will start by saying the coffee was good, which is always a hard feat for me. There is a great little patio outside right in the heart of the town. It definitely gives you the vacation vibe. This is not a place to bring a family in my opinion. Unless of course you don’t mind the vibe being a bar where they serve coffee."
"Our 2nd time back to Seed & Bean and another great experience! Enjoy the openness of the place, the menu options are amazing, Kayla was awesome! We had the turkey and Avocado sandwich...yum! Also tried the fruit smoothie and very fresh and tasty. Open at night with local music on the sidewalk area. We stopped by last week for a drink and liked all the options. We had a Keel Farms hard cider - my new Fave!"
"Cute spot with great food and amazing coffee (and tons of options). A great new addition to downtown Venice. The Cuban breakfast sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a while. The biscuits and gravy were also a hit. Will be back for sure."
