"I arrived at the drive thru at 9:57, they are open until 10pm. I worked so hard to get there before closing and I get to window, and I hear the microphone begin to speak, then just cut off. They allowed me to sit there until 10:05 and I finally went to the window where they just ignored me. Even if they told me “Sorry we’re closed” would have been ok, the fact they knew they were open still, and didn’t even communicate. Awful, awful workers!!!!"

"Coffee is fine. Food is fine. They play the music so loud you can’t talk normal. Turn it down and keep it down. Play easy going music. I asked to turn it down and they minimally lowered it. Is loud music a Starbucks experience? No thank you."
"Sanford Starbucks is the whole reason I Starbucks! Let me tell you! They pride themselves on the Starbucks feeling! Every time I go here I cannot help, but leave with a smile on my face. The one time that I didn’t get the ‘Starbucks feeling’ of meet/greet, Ms Ashlynn, the manager made sure it was corrected. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate you! You definitely put a smile on my face during this most difficult time of grieving my brother’s passing. I really appreciate the card and the kind words. It warms my heart knowing that there are still kind people in the world and great customer service does exist. You never know how much you can impact someone’s life even with the slightest bit of conversation and with every encounter no matter how small the interaction is.
