"I went and brought two bundles of balloons for my child’s party the night before. The next morning the balloons are on the floor. I do this for every party that I’ve done for my kids. Just this time was my first time going to pop shelf. The manger at the Ocala store was very rude when I call. I call explaining what happen to the balloons. He told me “what do you want me to do about. I can’t give you a refund or exchange or refill them” I only wanted them refill. No refund. He hung up on me twice told me he don’t have time. That I should plan my event better because he don’t have time for this! I call back to tell him that he was rude and I was very nice to him. . Didn’t cuss at you or anything for you to be rude. He told me I was harassing him and hung up because I was asking what his name was. This is it for pop shelf. You only have to do me wrong one time and you want get my hard earned money again."

"LOVE Pop Shelf! It's a cross between Hobby Lobby, BullsEye's Playground @ Target, and Old Time Pottery. The 2 women associates are extremely friendly and helpful. A great place to shop for gifts and seasonal decor. And they also have a great party section and candy from Japan to old time favorites like Turkish Taffy."

"Today was my first time shopping here. I was kind of disappointed to be honest. It wasn’t what I was expecting. It reminds me of a Five Below. There were some good things here and great prices, just a lot of cheap stuff and low quality items that I wouldn’t recommend. BUT you can find some good things and great deals! The store is super neat and clean. There were a bunch of employees offering help. They do have self checkout, though the employee rang me up & bagged my items (all together in one bag, I would have preferred to bagged them myself). I probably will be back as I love getting good deals and seeing things for $1 is nice!"
