"Last week I went to big lots to check on my order that I had placed a few weeks prior. My initial contact was James who was in the furniture department and immediately was welcoming and attentive. He was originally helping another customer so I told him I’d walk around a little and come back well he went and looked for me when he was done. He went above and beyond expectations as far as helping me with my order and giving me the good news that it was here! I was sad because it wouldn’t fit in my car, but then the manager, Hank and James did the impossible, and made it to where I was able to take my table home right before the holiday! I love my table, but more importantly, I love the service at this big lots. They exceeded expectations and deserve 10 stars for such an amazing customer service experience. Thank you guys so much! And shout out to Caridad who also did the imaginable for me . You guys are awesome !"
"Great selection of products and brands, had some good deals too. Some of the selection of brands were limited on the choices but at least everything was well stocked. It was my first visit in this nice new store, very glad I stopped in. I also love their rewards program because I always get freebies or huge coupons."
"Store was very clean, lots of stuff to look at. Especially home and summer things which was my intention to check out. Had a couple weird vibes, first was one guy talking loudly about he was just trying to find a bathroom. As soon as he went in staff were calling for a security check. Overheard them talking about how he does this frequently. He appeared to be on something as he went past me to leave store. Then another guy kept appearing in several isles I was in so I went to other side. He then came to where I was, went over by register area where security guy was and started looking there and the guy bolted out. Staff at register seemed to hate life, I said good morning, she ignored me. I thanks her for ringing me up, I got a look and she walked away."
