"Timely, friendly service. Nice inside atmosphere. I often tip when I visit the drive-thru, but sometimes they don't respond to that. It's wierd. I think it's important to thank for a tip. I thank customers when I'm tipped."
"Drive thru is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a really great person with spunk who loves their job, or at least acts like it, and other times you get a sassy chick who hates everything, including all customers. Drinks are usually good, food can be a real hit or miss as well."
"I come here literally everyday an almost never have problems but the past 2 days I’ve had problems with my drinks as well as the service I pay $8.20 everyday for my coffee to be right. Not to have to worry it’s gonna be halfway gone before I get it or scared to ask to fix it because the girl at the window is so rude an rushed can’t even tell them to fix it . Just in all about to quit coming to Starbucks because it’s a gamble coming if it’s gonna be good or bad service Shoutout to JESS she’s the only one who actually cares about customers wants an needs"
"Made me stand there and wait for a single drink order (cold brew) that I made 10 minutes ago because there were other online orders for people that weren’t even there yet meanwhile it said my pickup time was that time. They had me wait another 10 minutes in the store meanwhile people that went in and ordered got their drinks immediately. The baristas and manager were literally no help. It took 2 seconds to make that drink. I was in a rush. No apologies. So ridiculous"
"This is a smaller Starbuck's in a busy intersection. Typically at least one car in the drive through, but it moves quickly. Service is friendly, helpful, and above average. I am not sure what training program Starbuck's utilizes or if it's just their recruitment process, but employee service and knowledge is always exceptional. I find its quicker to go inside and order if there is a long line of cars; plus its a chance to check out any new swag or artwork."
