"Scripts are never ready on time. They give you a time when to pick them up, but you have to wait 20 or 30 mins longer than the time they state. Unacceptable. Very poor customer service in the pharmacy."

"I've had consistently poor experiences at this Walgreens location. The customer service has been subpar every single time. During my recent interactions, I found myself waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes, only to be transferred repeatedly. It seems like there's a need for significant improvement in customer support training at this location. These are people's health and lives they are dealing with, not just selling burgers and fries. If I had the option to rate them, it would be a -10star rating. WOW"

"I visited this Walgreens late summer 2023. Actually I have been there a few times at this point for small things. The store and parking area all seemed decently clean and organized. Although this store always seems to be fairly busy. Its location to multiple housing communities may be the reason. Although I did not pick up any prescriptions, the person I drove there, did. They found that everything went smooth with no issues. I did see that was a line at the pharmacy itself. So I took a seat and waited as they waited their turn. This Walgreens had most of the normal things one might expect, including a small food section, both frozen and non. One thing that didn't thrill me was witnessing a fairly long check out line at the front of the store. It seems one cashier isn't enough. Any delay only made it longer, as I witnessed. Other than that, this Walgreens, so far seems decent."

"Each and every member of this entire store works extremely hard. The pharmacy team is the best, for the amount of staff, and the overwhelming amount of prescriptions and medications, they somehow make it work. Hats off to you guys, I have seen you working, you break your legs and back for every patient that stops by. Thank you! To all of you."

"I've been trying to get my prescription filled here twice and each time the employees have filled it with a substitute without consulting me even though my doctor has put BRAND-ONLY on that specific prescription. They had mentioned that their manufacturer/provider does not like working with the brand I need so they keep substituting it. I've been stressed this whole week of not getting my prescription and they just won't listen. The time before this when I went to get my first refill here it took TWO WEEKS for them to finally give me my prescription and I had to talk to two different managers on numerous occasions until I finally got it. I will be running out of my prescription soon and will most likely have to switch since this is poor costumer service on their part. I shouldn't have to stress like this about not getting my medication."
