"Worst Dr experience ever...he doesn't even know how to work the telehealth system & clearly doesn't know how to treat a patient & Will put u in withdrawals just because he doesn't know or is a control freak that will lie & tell you something while he tells his receptionist something else...worst Dr"

"Dr fortuño does not know what he is doing. I was prescribed a certain medication 3x a day (as needed) by a real professional psychiatrist for years. Dr fortuño lowered my dose according to his "recommendation" & had to go to the ER because of withdrawal symptoms according to his ridiculous recommendation....pps or professional psychiatric services is a very good & a much better, caring alternative psychiatric center....& Dr fortuño did that for the month of December for Christmas me going through withdrawals.....anyone who doesn't need to go monthly can go up to 1nce every 3 months @ pps professional psychiatric services. They treat you with respect & care. Not here at carrousel they don't Care. The receptionist is better than the doctor"

"This facility has not only many times mixed up appts or simply not been there for the appt they have delayed my children’s medication 3 times for 15 days at a time by refusing to fill out the form required by the state of FL that goes to the pharmacy. The dr there now is an old dr that was there prior I left because of him Fortuno back in 2019 only went back last year with a woman Lopez who is now gone. Being stuck with fortuno who returned. The office is rude and takes no accountability. Do not take your children here. If you are seeing positive reviews they have to be made by people they know or employees. I’ve reported them 3 times to the insurance company."
