"Marc Lovinger, with the flood insurance broker for the seller of the property purchased in 2023. From the beginning, he was unprofessional, slow to respond to the point of jeopardizing the closing of the deal. Then months later, to my surprise, the seller contacted me saying I owed over $1000 in insurance premium. After some due diligence, I found we had in fact paid the balance of flood insurance premium at closing. I I learned the seller was given false information by Marc, leading her to come after me for her insurance premium refund. This was probably to cover up his lack of due diligence while the property was under contract. I cannot recommend working, with such an unprofessional and dishonest financial broker."
