"Amazing facility with top trainers. I have registered my 2 kids for their 1 hour training, 3 times per week. They really push the kids really hard. I already see the benefit on my daughter. I was also impressed at how attentive they are. My daughter was not doing a movement the right way and another trainer saw this and corrected her. My son is preparing himself for being part of the USAF. D1 is a really good place to prepare your kids to be healthy, fit and strong. I highly recommend any parents to take their kids there. It is so good that even my wife is going to join."
