"Great gym. Clean and modern with multiple floors. Yoga, pool, sauna, massage, weights, classes, cycling, indoor track, basketball court, physical therapists and personal trainers on-site. I hope they continue to grow with new equipment and amenities."
"This a great facility, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The basketball courts, sauna , and pool are a plus. The one downside I would say is that it does lack equipment , The machines they do have are high tech, but there is not many machines for abs."
"Super unhappy with this gym. This is a nice area for someone who is interested in the amenities. The gym by itself is not body builder friends & they lack the equipment that even a basic gym like crunch has. The lighting sucks, there is barely any mirrors. Also I used the vending machine that you swipe your card and you pull out your items. I only grabbed two items and was charged $50!! Such a scam. Lake Nona performance club needs to do better! The sauna, pool, basketball courts are what you are paying for. Everything else isn’t worth it at all."
"Absolutely unrivaled and best gym I have ever been to. So many options and top of the line equipment. Kids love going so much to play with the other children that they are sad if we skip a day. Makes going to the gym not only a routine, but an exciting outing each time."
"Love everything about this Club. The staff is friendly, members are polite, the gym and all amenities are always clean. There's tons of options of different types of workouts, from classes, to sports, the gym equipment are top of the line. The club is large, so it's never over crowded, and I never have to wait long for any equipment. The kids club is awesome in case you have little ones. I highly recommend the club wether you are just getting started or you are an advanced lifter."
