He makes you feel comfortable and not ashamed to ask questions!! Did I mention his staff? Wow amazing!! The whole entire team is wonderful!! They should be number One in Miami!!!! "You could not pay me to visit this location again. The poor communication and failure of the office staff to properly do their job caused me a lot of frustration and wasted time. When speaking to their manager Henry, as opposed to taking responsibility for the negligence on the offices part to verify that I had a notarized medical consent letter PRIOR to seeing the patient, I was given excuse after excuse and essentially blamed for not volunteering information I did not know was even necessary for the appointment. They basically completed the entire appointment without asking me who I was, for photo ID, or my relationship to the child. I volunteered that information when the student doctor completed his initial evaluation. When I went to another CHI location (because I would never return to South Miami), it was the FIRST thing they asked me about . Had this office done the same, a lot of wasted time could have been saved. Not to mention the receptionist who LIED about what she communicated to me when I called the next day. I wish I had audio recording of what she said the previous day as opposed to what she said when I called. If I could give this office ZERO stars I would. Thankfully the Cutler Bay office was competent and professional."
