"If I could give a 0 zero, or below, I would. This is the worse experience ever. Incompetence, negligence, ignorance, incapacity to do their job."

"My wife went in to get induced. After her water broke she was in labor for 23.5 hours until finally Dr. Molina decided to do a C-section which should’ve been done 6-12 hours before. Because of this my wife had a fever of 102 but regardless of this they still discharged her. Went back the next day only to wait 4days for them to find out she had an infection in her uterus because she had been almost 24 with her water broken. Reckless/Careless when it comes to patient care."

"My mammogram is scheduled for 10am. I was asked to come at 9:30 for check in. I arrived at 9:10. It is 10:40 now. No one has come to let me know there’s a delay. The check in process was not smooth as their computer system was acting up. Not at all impressed. I usually go to Baptist but came here because they had an earlier appointment date. Never again."
