"Worst Hospital Ever! Just had total knee replacement 08/23. Kept in hospital bed three days, physical therapy only once if you call it that. A “physical therapist” came got me out of bed, helped me to bathroom and walked me in hallway to room next door and back to my room. In the middle of night needed pain medication and they told me their computers were down and couldn’t get the medication. What? I cried all night til my doctors came in and I told them what happened. They told doctors they gave me medication. Liars! Same thing happened to lady in bed next to me and she was complaining and crying so much they moved her away from me to a room down hall. And the worst of the horror story was I was put in an adult diaper and told to soil myself because they weren’t aloud to get me out of bed. This was for the three days I was there. So degrading!!! But they send someone to at least change your diaper, wow! Are you serious? Yet nurses sit outside the rooms on computers all day. That’s not nursing care. And the worst of it is I am having problems moving the knee and I blame a lot of it on immediate care and not moving following surgery. Worst hospital of the year! And I told my doctor and his staff as well. Sorry I ever choose that hospital."
