South Miami Open MRI

"I had a great experience at South Miami Open MRI. I’m very claustrophobic and after two horrible experiences with regular MRI I decided to do an open MRI this time. I’m so glad I found this place, the staff is super nice and accommodating. The technician was so patient, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They even gave me a lavender patch which was such a help. I highly recommend this place and I will be doing all my MRIs with them from now on."

"Wonderfully kind, sweet, supportive and compassionate staff. I am Claustrophobic and had an anxiety to go and get an MRI for my knee! Found this facility which had an open MRI machine. Michelle was the 1st staff member I spoke to and I told her about my anxiety. She was so sweet and compassionate, she made me feel at ease over the phone. I called back to make the appointment and spoke to the office Manager, Elizabeth. She was just as sweet and compassionate. She also made me feel at ease. I came in for the MRI and the Technician, Rolando, was wonderful. He was so kind and patient with me. Gave me a lavender patch to help me be calm. During the procedure I pressed the button and he came in immediately. I asked him if he could pull me out for a second for a quick sip of water and he did so without hesitation. He was not a bit bothered to stop and go again. He checked on me to see if I was okay during the procedure. I would highly Recommend this facility for anyone in need of an MRI especially someone Claustrophobic like myself. An amazing staff!
