"Had an appointment yesterday and was told I had medication prescriptions. Looking at my papers they gave me there’s not a single prescription. Called in and the lady I spoke to was no help whatsoever. I guess I’m not getting my nausea medication and pain medication for this pregnancy."
"I had a three-hour wait, however, I must say…the wait was worth it. Doctor Robaina is great, tentative and a great communicator! He addressed all of my concerns. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. The nurses and staff are excellent too, much appreciated. Thank you!"
"If you are a parent to a child please believe all the bad reviews. The doctors do their job but there's something going on with the Nurses and the front desk. They don't pick up the phone and when they do its with attitude. And they promise they'll get back to you but its a lie. I understand that people feel they should get paid more and I'm empathetic to that but I need my child's paperwork for day care because if I cant provide it they will kick him out. And I work so I need him to be taken care of. Soon I will have to call DCF because I've been at this for 2 weeks. This has to be an OSHA violation."
"I LOVE my Dr. here. I see Dr. Andux, who us AMAZING and always looking out for my best interests. I regularly get a chance to work with Barbara and Evelyn, who are also wonderful. I appreciate how they've helped me various times jump through hoops with insurance when I need to do things. They've been patient, supportive and actually listen when I have a medical concern. I can't imagine going anywhere else right now!"
