"I would give this place a 5 if the front desk staff was pleasant. The Doctors at this practice are amazing. Very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. The front staff on the other hand are always serious, since I have been coming, there has never been any staff that greeted any patient with a smile. Either they don’t like working here, the owners don’t care who they hire, or this company hired the wrong customer service staff. This is a children’s pediatric; I expect friendliness, compassion, and great customer service skills. Either retrain staff or hire friendly service staff. It will make a huge impact in your practice."
