"If you want an honest review from a parent... then continue reading: This practice is ridiculous. I have been taking my daughter here since she was born in 2017 and my son since 2014. Every single office visit whether scheduled, annual physical, sick visit, well visit... it doesn't matter. You WILL WAIT AN HOUR to see the doctor. The location is in a very dark/musty office building. It's dirty, not kept and every member of the staff seems miserable. After all the issues I have with this place.... I don't know why I continued to stay. The front office staff will literally make eye contact with you standing at the desk and continue staring at their screen and not even ACKNOWLEDGE you. Also, if they see your last name is Spanish by default they start babbling off in Spanish and when I told them I do NOT speak Spanish - the receptionist had the nerve to suck her teeth at me like it was an inconvenience! Finally, in June of this year my daughter who is only 22 months old had a horrible rash that wasn't going away. They left my daughter and I in the waiting room for over an hour when we had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. After getting called back to the "exam room" we waited ANOTHER 45 minutes. My husband finally lost it. When he questioned the nursing staff where the doctor was, why the wait was WAY too long and how she would feel if she had a rash on her private area and was left for HOURS... the staff member said "What do you want me to do? I did MY part, the doctor knows you're here." I COULDNT BELIEVE what she said. The doctor/staff turn around rate is SO high there... There is only ONE medical assistant after ALL these years that I recommend and I cannot for the life of me remember her name. She bounces between Poinciana and Kissimmee (possibly from NY because of her accent) and she's SO nice. She knows the office is a sh*t show but she is still there because I feel she genuinely loves kids. That is the ONLY "good" person I've encountered in FIVE YEARS going here. My kids will NOT be returning. I called a much CLEANIER, structured and efficient Pediatrician in Kissimmee where i've established my kids. This new office also told me that my daughter was "up to date" on shots and doesn't know why Central FL Pediatrics were going to vaccinate her with "more" shots at 2. She doesn't need shots until she's 4. I will never recommend this place. It's disgusting and so are it's staff members."
