"I have tried for a week to get a prescription refill, my pharmacy emailed them and called the office and I called the office twice. No response. If they don't want me as a patient I will gladly go elsewhere..Very poor service, my last appointment I was sent to the wrong office, even though the voicemail stated the Inverness office my appointment was at the Citrus Springs office. I like the doctors and PA but the office management needs to step up their game!"

"I made an appointment today with Suncoast primary care physicians. I waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. When the doctor came in the room she stated that there were more pressing issues than what I hate to be seen for I explained to her that if Someone would’ve told me that from the beginning and gave me the option if I wanted to find an urgent care. At that point she didn’t want to hear anymore of my concerns and stated I will get someone else to take care of you and walked out of the room at that point I left. If they had a scale that had no stars they would’ve got that from me because one star is being very generous."

"I called to make an appointment to have an M.D. fill out paperwork for me to "prove" I am permenantly disabled for tax exempt status on my home. They said they could do that and made an appointment, they said we needed to pick up a new patient packet and fill it out. We did that and called to see if they needed it back before the appointment to get my records. They said no. Today we went to the appointment, I have MS and everything is really difficult, but we got there. They took me back to a room and then told me the Dr. would not be able to fill the form out without my records and I would need to come back. We don't have insurance so that would mean another cost so I became upset. I was crying and asking why they told me I could do it and now I can't but they would not answer. Then the woman walked out of the room and refused to help me. Naturally I asked someone else for help and she came in and listened but still wouldn't answer my questions. Them she left and came back in a minute and said they would not be able to accept me as a patient at this time. They refused me service but would not tell me why. I have never been treated so badly in my life and especially at a Dr.s office. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there."

"After moving here from New Jersey I was scheduled a doctor from my health insurance company. I have been trying to get an appointment with a doctor for over a month! First I stopped into the Inverness office to make an appointment and was told that I had to first fill out forms. I took the forms home, filled them out and when I returned them I was told that they first had to be reviewed before I could get an appointment for probably some time in January. When the office called to make my appointment I explained that after a heart attack in October of 2015 I am on heart medications that are now running out. I was given an appointment in a different office. My GPS took me to the wrong place the day of my appointment which was at 10:30 am and I arrived at 10:40. The receptionist told me I would have to reschedule since I was late. She said that I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early (which no one told me) so I was technically 30 minutes late. I explained that I am almost out of heart medications. She went back to ask the doctor and the doctor refused to see me. She rescheduled me for yesterday at 2:45 in the Homosassa office. We went away for the holiday and returned home at noon where I had a message that my appointment again needed to be rescheduled. I am so discouraged now and am almost out of heart meds. I can not imagine what I should do now, my insurance company has e-mailed me a list of providers but this is no help either. I will try one more time because of the time restraints,"

"The most horrible experience with a doctor's office ever. Moved to Florida and had to choose a doctor. The DOCTOR was fine, but the staff at Suncoast Primary is the most unreliable, inefficient staff I have every encountered. The usual wait time for your doctor's appointment is one hour. If you need a prescription refilled, it takes at least 2 weeks and at least 4 phone calls. If you need a referral - I had 2 referrals and my father in law had a couple and the paperwork on ALL of them was screwed up. One referral did not get the paperwork, and the office had the audacity to ask ME for the fax number for the referral place so they could fax over the paperwork. I did get the fax number and it was still not faxed over. I have since taken myself to a different doctor's office, as I am sure many other patients have as well. This place needs to be looked into. They should not be "caring" for anyone."
