"A lump on the side of my neck. I went to him to find out if my cancer had returned. "returned" being very important. During an approx. 5 min exam, he felt the lump and said "I am very optimistic". I told him I felt something at the base of my tongue (on the same side). He asked me to open my mouth ( no tongue depressor, no say ah, he just took a picture of it with his cell phone. He wrote me a referral for an image with contrast. Which I had performed ASAP. we had to tell a doc appointment at which time he told me again he didn't see any concern or anything pointing towards cancer. He also said he didn't feel any need to get a needle biopsy? He recommended that I see any ENT or the lump on my neck. Which I did who immediately ordered a needle biopsy which came back positive. Before, if I had any questions and sent them into his messaging service, I would get responses the same. I sent a message Sept. 11, to inform him of the biopsy result. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and no response. Would you want this man to treat you or a loved one? What a f∆¢£ing joke! Your chance to "make it right" would have been to schedule an appointment ASAP, not tell the ENTs office that " he already has an appointment scheduled in November, TWO MONTHS FROM NOW!! I got an appointment with an actual doctor scheduled for next week. Since it is CANCER! I'll stick with that one. And you know what you can do with your second chance!!! Update: just saw an actual oncologist. He immediately ordered bl? od work and a PET scan. Huh!"

"I’ve been seeing Dr Fishman since 2020 after being diagnosed with cancer. He was, ok at the start. But my last appointment (via zoom) he delayed and delayed and finally his staff told me he was going to be so late that we should reschedule. Then he billed my insurance for a visit that we never had. I highly recommend finding another doctor. When it comes to your health, this doctor lets you feel like a number. Just another case."

"There are not enough stars to reflect the quality of care Dr. Fishman gave my husband. Dr. Fishman helped my husband survive his prognosis by several years. His brilliant technical expertise is matched only by his kindness, wit and willingness to help."

"My husband John Dejesus was Dr.Fishman's patient for 6 out of 8 years he battled renal cell carcinoma. John was stage 4 when diagnosed, given 11/2-2 years survival rate in June of 2010. John lived 8 years with renal cell, there were many trial and tribulations in those 8 years and Dr.Fishman was the catalyst to John living a pretty good life up until a few months before he became my Angel. Dr.Fishman was our go to for everything because he knew how to calm the waters of fear I had when John wasn't feeling well. Dr.Fishman, thank you for keeping me calm when I felt like I was losing my mind. Thank you for always being there for my Superhero..Michele Rodriguez"

"My husband is currently under the care of Dr Fishman and we couldn’t ask for a better oncologist! During this uncertain time (cancer, COVID-19, etc), Dr Fishman has been proactive with information, results, and next steps. For example, upon receipt of lab work, Dr Fishman will send an email to my husband to explain what it means. There’s no need for endless waiting, office calls, answering services, etc - we can trust and rely on Dr Fishman to reach out with all the information we need (via email or call, depending on the topic). During any video calls or office visits that I’ve attended, Dr Fishman is ready and willing to answer any questions. He never rushes-us-along to get to the next patient. I’m so glad my husband found Dr Fishman. He is nothing like the “stereotypical Doctor experience” (many Drs seem inaccessible or impossible to reach without a scheduled appointment or endless phone-tag). My husband is still battling cancer but making great progress under Dr Fishman’s care. Thank you Dr Fishman!"
