"Came for a blood work, came at 8:10am this morning, is 8:56am and still waiting. Very unprofessional and rude the front desk lady. Doctors are good, but the waiting is just ridiculous! Update: After this review, the office danied me with health care services. I had a visit, they called me to canceled, I called at least 7 times to schedule a visit, they had the excuse that they don't have openings, which is not true because they gave a visit to someone that I know. This should be illegal, and they know it so they try to make excuses...so sad!"

"Nothing but an insurance number to this office. Staff and doctor himself barely speaks English…. They are so rude and incompetent… they lose labs , charge for crazy stuff, do not do any type of medical forms, God forbid you walk in sick I am sure due to their incompetence you’ll walk out with amputated leg because besides barley speaking English apparently they cannot read their own notes or anything that is in their system … I wish I can report this office somewhere … this is pure neglect…. Retroactive in treatment… I can’t believe I spent 6 months there … they as an office cannot treat anything… I would be horrified to get prescription for ibuprofen there …. Even for that you would have to wait 3 months to get fulfilled…. What a waste of my time and health…"

"I have been repeatedly calling numerous times since the beginning of the week to request medical records for a time-sensitive matter and have been unable to get a hold of anyone who could help me. It is now the end of the week and I have yet to be helped. When I call, I always have to leave a voicemail, and when I finally receive a call back, I'm put on hold until the call drops and I'm hung up on. It is absurd that not one person in the entire clinic has the time or attention to help one of their patients. Edit: After dialing the incorrect extension, I was able to receive help from an employee named Linette who was able to assist me with my issue. Unfortunately, out of everyone I had spoken to, she was the only one willing to assist and was very helpful in resolving my issue. It was explained to me that the office is very short staffed and while I'm sympathetic to that, I still believe it is ridiculous that it took an entire week of me repeatedly calling every day as well as dialing the wrong extension to find one person who was willing to help me retrieve my medical records. I too work in the medical field in a large clinic that is also understaffed, so I understand the pressure that comes with not having enough helping hands, but it amazes me that it took an entire week and over 17 calls per my phone records, to get a hold of one person who was kind enough to help."
