"First appt Davenport office Jan, I called saying I was running late and they said ok just ASAP, but when arrived 13 mins late was advised Dr couldn't wait for me after all. Today,4 mths later had to wait AGAIN for next available appt, only this time Dr is 40 mins late but guess it's ok and not a problem since apparently time is only important if you're the DR!!!!!!!!!"

"I do NOT recommend going here for several reasons. The doctors rotate, i never seen the same doctor twice. When my newborn baby was delivered there was no personal connection or interaction, the only words that were spoken was PUSH and FOLLOW UP within 2 weeks. The doctor never came back to visit me to see how I was doing in the hospital, sent in a midwife. Then as I followed up the doctor was looking over my chart and said I was HPV+ my response was ??? How is that I never had a pap smear hear at your office! One of there staff members hand wrote HPV + on my chart. When the test was never administered, which makes me believe someone else never got there correct results. Also I developed post partum depression, and reached out to a doctor who would need a referral from Dr. Alkass office. I called and left 2 messages with the nurse who never returned my calls and 2 more messages with DR. Allison's assistant who never returned my calls as well! This office is very unprofessional on handling call backs, too many hands in patients charts that are not being professionally handled and charted. The only good thing about this place is it's appearance and cleanliness. Which is deceiving....wish I would have made a better choice in choosing care, I would have had a better experience for myself. Also went to a different doctor to perform a pap smear because of the worry and concern, no HPV present!"
