"St Cloud office: I haven't experienced a physician has diligent as Dr Gyang. Come prepared to chronicle your history! Well worth the 1 hr drive. His assistant Thalia was kind and efficient. Front desk lady I had spoken with on the phone and fit me in within a matter of a few days. I have been dealing with pain for 2 yrs June. It's a process. A bit more patience & PT on my part to achieve success. I have seen several doctors, MRIs, injections. Without the help of two separate PT ladies I would not be in as good a shape as I am even now. The GOOD Physical therapists don't get their proper dues. Make sure you don't give up. Just like any profession the good ones are out there! It's easy to complain BUT remember to always be your own advocate. Do your research, be educated in order to participate in your healing."

"The Kissimmee location is highly dysfunctional and the ladies working there act like they don't want to be there. This is my second bad experience at this office in the last 3 weeks. I told them at the time the appointment was scheduled what the purpose of my visit would be and they told me what to expect. I show up today for my appointment and they tell me something new. They tell me the doctor can't see me unless I'm willing to do a procedure that I wasn't prepared for. So I ended up not seeing the doctor. Communicate with patients to let them know what to expect and train your staff so they're giving patients the right information. A waste of my time. Will not be going back."

"One of the worse gyn office I have ever experienced. The staff is very unprofessional and not trained in the proper way to deal with patients at the front desk. The doctor dismissed all of my concerns and made me feel inadequate about my symptoms, told me it's not real. I couldn't speak about my symptoms and he just cut me off at every word. I had a sonogram and the MA had to write the results on a paper . I'm 100% sure the sonogram wasn't done with his complete focus. There was no paper in the machines to print a professional sonogram results. I'm looking for another doctor. Please advocate for yourselves. Drs don't care anymore."

"Worse dr staff in Florida . They never ever answer their tel . Average hold 90 mins . They call Friday, for insurance ,leave message to call back - I do. Today 800 am on dot . I accidentally get the dr . He says to call back . I do on hold for 59 mins . Staff calls in ,saying dr said to call you . I go over my insurance . She says ok u r good . I ask for confirmation of the address. since this is not the # I made appt at . She confirms Wrong address ! Says get their early . I do 315 2 hr drive !then the receptionist tells me they canceled my appt but will see me any way . Hour goes by they figure out I’m in wrong location. They send me to other office . Then they call half way their saying they are closing . Now I’m crying so sick today thinking I’m getting help . Instead waisted 6 hrs gas and tolls . have screenshots and voicemail ."
