"Very poor customer service! Seems like employees stay for a brief period of time & find better opportunities. For over the last month I have tried to get flood insurance. They referred me to a survey company for flood elevation cert. After I submitted survey to Hyde Park they said it was incomplete & would not even assist with getting it corrected. I emailed my contact several times & no response. After a week I called & they said employee was no longer working there. They directed me to a manager who never responded either. I ended up going to AAA received a quote in less than 15 minutes & was able to use the elevation certificate. I have 2 other policies with Hyde Park that will NOT be renewed with them. I can only imagine what would happen if I had to make a claim! Good luck dealing with these guys!"
