Our team of experienced trainers, including Brandon, aka BK, aka Big Boss Man, are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals through boxing and kickboxing workouts. Whether you're a professional MMA fighter or a first-time boxer, our classes are designed for all ages and abilities. We provide loaner gloves, hand wraps, and a supportive environment to help you feel confident and comfortable during your workout. "This place is pretty decent. $80 bucks per month is a little steep but for those that are looking to get in shape by letting it out on the bag might get some value out of it. I did the free class and had to buy my own wrist wraps for $10 through the gym--so make sure you try to find your own (180 wraps). You can borrow their gloves. Come with an open mind and ready to hit the bag!"

"Finished our intro class with Brandon today and it was so much fun! Definitely challenging, but the class went by so fast. Brandon has so much energy and is a great trainer. Excited to keep going back! Now been going for around 7 months and still love this gym. Each day is different, new challenges and techniques, and I can tell I am getting better each time. All the coaches are super friendly and genuinely want to help those get better at boxing and work on your fitness goals!"
"Great club! It is super lit! The energy is so contagious. The owner is on site and really makes you feel welcomed and talks to you about your individual goals. The employees are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I just can't say enough about the energy in this club. It will grab you and make you feel just as lit as they all are! If you are looking for a great diverse club then look no further because you won't be disappointed! The classes are so fun and you won't want to go anywhere else."
