When you call customer service you get a different person each time that will tell you something different than the next time you call...Say that your rate when up and you call cs, that agent will say that you need to send screen shots proving you are using their driving app.....call cs, get someone else, they then say no we need proof of payment from 2 months ago...and it goes on and on. Be very careful."
