"I have renewed 3 times through this company over the last year and a half. No wrecks, no tickets but every time I renew my insurance had gotten higher. It started off at around 279.00 a month and it's now up to 311.00 a month. I call to make my payment today and expressed my concern with the higher rates. I was told that if they would have done their job I could have paid a little more on my down payment and had a much lower rate. I then ask why no one would tell me that during my renewal especially since I was verbalizing how much I was concerned that the price kept going up. The lady said that I should know that that's common sense. As if I work in the insurance industry. Very unprofessional very rude. I have since contacted the general to let them know I no longer want to go through the marketplace/ Star insurance and I would rather just goes directly through them. I refuse to pay money for someone who's working for me and treating me with district."
