"We went there with family and friends on a Tuesday night. It was fairly busy but there were only like 3 staff running around. We had to ask multiple times for the sauce, and our food as well They forgot 1 order and then they ran out of coleslaw for the sandwich. I feel bad for the staff but they should be better equipped to handle a busy night. Other than that the food was good."

"Family night out with 5, had to sit at a high top table, that had no room for 5 people, due to one server being on staff. She did her best for the most part even though there were other staff members standing around not doing anything. Food was good and service could have been way better if others helped the server. Drinks from the bar were not that great and definitely needs work. No kids menu available and no scan code on the table as stated on the regular menu we had to improvise with our youngest."

"Food was delicious as always and the wings were extra saucy. The only BWWs I've ever been to where you had to seat yourself. Only 3 waiters, including the bartender, on the floor. Most tables sat empty with food on them from previous patrons. We waited 20 minutes before our order was taken, which was no fault to Katie, as she was the only one working the bar area. Boneless Thursday during Match Madness, there needed to be more bodies on the floor."
