"This office is terrible in the art of communication. They never answer the phones . I’ve been waiting on a report of my son’s diagnosis for 2 weeks. I’ve called 3 times and left voicemails , sent emails with no call back. Some of the staff (not all) need some training on how to properly treat patients/ parents."

"90% of the time they schedule me, they end up rescheduling my son's appts and don't notify us until the day of or before! I don't understand why this office never has a provider available since that's always the excuse when they reschedule. On top of that, they notify me by text that they need to reschedule and ask me to call the office, I call the number provided and get hung up, call again and no answer. I text the number back asking for them to call me instead since I can't get a hold of them and they just keep texting me back to not come in to the appt. So unprofessional."

"I have had no issues until recently..there is an old note on my son's account stating he needed a 4 week follow up which was only when I added a medication for him to take. As of right now he goes every 3 months. Last month I had to sit here and call multiple times and get a little mean and I requested to speak to supervisor and no one would put me through to one..they didn't help me they don't figure anything out. They ended up refilling his prescription after I made an appointment. Now today is the same exact issue I don't need any appointments and they won't refill his prescription until I make unnecessary appointment. Side note. The staff at the actual office are great."

"This place is so unprofessional it’s sad that they are one of very FEW pediatric neurologist in Orlando and Kissimmee. This is the third time I drive out to this office over an hour away from my home only for them to waste my time and have me sitting in the lobby for almost an hour without being seen. I came into my appointment 15 minutes early, sat down in the lobby and began the usual wait. We were the only ones in the office. About 40 minutes AFTER the initial appointment time, the girl at the front desk took it upon herself to get up and walk out to the lobby up to me to say that the doctor was with someone in the back and when they left I was going to be the next person called in. I said ok and continued to wait another 30 minutes and two other patients walked in during that time and two patients walked out after finishing their appointments. So when she came back out and called two other people in before me, people that only waited 10 minutes, that’s when I got up and let her know they were not going to continue to do this to us and I was going to be walking out and needed all of my son’s medical records. She decided to be even more rude and condescending and basically showed me out the door instead of getting my son seen after waiting OVER AN HOUR and showing up EARLY. This place is disgusting on so many levels other than the unprofessionalism, lack of empathy, and rude girl at the front desk. Do your children a favor and go anywhere else."

"Dr. Vernier was amazing. He was so detailed when it came to explaining everything and all the tests that he was performing on both of my children in the upcoming weeks. It was so easy to make an appointment. I didn't care for the front desk receptionist but all other staff was amazing."
