"Dr. Torneria is a great doctor but the staff is horrible. He has been my kids doctor for almost 8 years and I missed he’s old staff. Now you call the office and they never answer and when they do the staff are really rude and never have appointment. My kids go more to the urgen care than their doctor. Sometimes I don’t even know for what they have a primary doctor."

"The male that answers there phone line is SUPER RUDE. Then God forbid “life happens” on the way to your appointment by things that are out of your control. You get tossed to the side and told you won’t be seen today because you missed the window by 1 minute past the grace period. They don’t care about you as humans or clients. UPDATE TO DOCTORS RESPONSE BELOW: Clear example as to why you shouldn’t do business here. That response from Dr. T was completely WRONG to what actually happened and LYING on Google to make themselves look good! They must have me confused with another patient and instead of calling to confirm what happened they’re blatantly just arguing FALSE details back. I specifically told the male receptionist I’d arrive in exactly 15 mins late and he said, if I hit 16 mins I won’t be seen. So then I responded: if get there in 15 mins and it takes me an extra 1 minute to unload the baby and her things from the car you still won’t see me?! He said NO because the Dr was overbooked. I NEVER called with an attitude, I called concerned about my appointment and naturally as any parent that missed work to try to make it to this appointment. However, I did get frustrated AFTER he RUDELY told me I wouldn’t be seen. That comment from Dr. T was COMPLETELY WRONG to my situation. ALSO, shows you what kind of office they are and how they operate. See what the doctor responded? Defending his staff on Google with lies instead of correcting the behavior and “Hope you find a good office that fits your needs” Instead of being apologetic about what happened they tell you to kick rocks and find a new clinic! Which I already did anyways but clearly shows how much they care about their clients."

"Dr. Torneria is an amazing doctor. He is extremely kind, patient and listens to all of our concerns regarding his patients. My daughter has been his patients since she was one years old and we wouldn’t change him for any other pediatrician. His staff is also kind especially Griselda she is always willing to help and goes above and beyond!"

"I can say that if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. From the moment you call, the attention is excellent and when you arrive, they treat you with excellence, respect and kindness. The place is super clean and tidy. Dr. Ocampo's attention is incredible. If you are thinking of taking care of your children here, DO NOT HESITATE ANYMORE! They will treat your children with respect and excellence."
