"WORST OFFICE EVER! Called and told them I was in a car accident and my neck hurt and need to make appointment. I gave them my Auto insurance and they gave me an appointment for 2 weeks out. I get there today and after I am in the room, they tell me they can't see me because it is an auto accident and they did not have the information and would have to reschedule me. I am in pain and have taken off time from work with an important deadline, and they sent me home. Save your time and find someone else."

"very very disappointed......we were first with Dr. Robison and than with Dr. Rust for my mum Knee replacement.....4/5 months and the DAY of the surgery Dr. Rust cancelled the surgery as seems he just find out my mum had a wound on the other leg....waste of time....i lost day off to take my mum to his office, we never hide the wound we told Dr. Robinson and the nurses about it, he never asked about it so we did't think was important ..well we were wrong.....we waste 5 months and lost many days for Nothing. i understand the risk of infection but i think is very unprofessional that this happened the DAY of the SURGERY."

"Very rude. Very crass and dreadful bedside manner. Have seen other surgeons at Jewett who were incredible but Dr. Robison was the exception to my great experiences there. Herself as well as her aid, Kimberly were so miserable that I went to another Orlando Ortho group in the area where every single experience has been phenomenal. I thought perhaps Jewett Team was having a bad day but when I called back the next week with questions, they were just as awful. Very disappointed and needed to share my experience truthfully. Would never recommend Jewett or Dr. Robison to friends or family. Do your research and don’t settle when it comes to your surgery."

"Dr. Emerson was fantastic! He was straight to the point about my carpal tunnel syndrome and advised surgery. He actually performed the surgery himself and did it endoscopically so that I only have a tiny 1 inch long incision that, only 7 days later, is almost healed. My hand no longer goes to sleep and I should be back to work in no time. Check in can be done in advance or at a computer terminal in the office and staff are warm. The whole experience, from diagnosis to surgery, has been as pleasant as can be expected. I definitely recommend them, especially Dr. Emerson. *Note that surgical procedures are done at Physicians Surgical Care Center in Winterpark but he actually does it."
