"My experience with Dr. Barbara Santana has been excelent. Her treatment of patients is very caring and she genuinely worries about thier progress. Highly recommend!"

"I have been receiving treatment here for a few years. I never had major issues before. Experienced longer than expected wait times in the past. The staff are always professional and kind. Dr Hernandez is a great. They are changing some chances that are improving the overall quality of the office."

"The doctors here are kind and compassionate. The wait times are absolutely unreasonable. The front desk can come across rude at times. Telehealth wait times are also terrible. If you are sick and need to get in, you may as well just go to the emergency department because they will not be able to see you for a month when you urgently need to be seen; this has consistently been my experience but it has gotten worse in the past year or so. My complaints don’t have anything to do with the doctors, but more so business practices."

"I usually don't answer this surveys but , unfortunately, this Clinic place have changed. The office staff have no sensibility toward patient's needs and do not listen to the patient's complain, there have to be. a triage for patient's with sudden sickness such as asthma, no everthing is about Covid, patients knows their bodies and sickness. People aren't ignorant and don't deserve to be mistreated. I am an educated person and I know when I am sick and I am capable of recognizing when having an Astma attack. ¡Oh, trust me I know! But there it comes a 10 month trained receptionist and an MA to tell me I don't know what I have nor know my sickness. I went a week before to be treated for allergies, I know that if I am not treated and get my injections, it turns into a bad Asthma especially in this allergy. season I knew I needed my treatment the waiting room was empty and they didn't see me after 10 years beeing a patient at their Clinic. I was luckly I have an appointment coming up in a few more days for my 3 months diabetes check up, so I waited and continue using my Albuterol. The front desk clerk, while they saw me sick, again they refused seeing me that I need a Televisit, I explained to her again about my Asthma that I need some treatment, suddenly another staff member showed up telling me that it doesn't shows in my records that I was treated for Asthma before. "I don't know what happened to these people"; or they didn't want to see me or my prettty good Insurance was no longer good or is the new administration fault. What I do know is that I insisted to honor my appointment. In consultation, I turned out to have Astma and received my treatment as I have told them for a week. OH no, but that's not all, then it took 2 days for the MA to send the medication up to the pharmacy after I called several times and the Pharmacist called few times that we are waiting for the prescription. The person on the phone said "that the office do not send medication immediately nor at time I saw the Doctor" . If so why can they hand me the prescription? It took them 2 days to send out a prescription. ¡This is absolutly ridiculous! The doctor offered me to prescribe a nebulizer machine to get the treatment at home, I got the solution but never got the prescrption for the nebulizer. Lol, maybe this will take another week. Who knows? This is not the first time they do this, during my previous appointment Dr Estevez request a change in my insuline it took a month to get this new prescription the MA didn't take the notes and the Dr. didn't review, after several calls and faxes from the Pharmacy, they have the 'guts' to tell me that they never had received a call from me, neither a fax from the Pharmacy, that their new system doesn't recognize my phone number with system. This new system does not show that I am a patient for more than after 10 years and didn't have recorded my allergies; nor medication I take; nor the previous sicness or treatment that I had been seeing for There were times that I felt confident seeing my Provider. I love my Doctor, but I am not sure if I can have faith in this clinic any longer. I requested to talk to the Manager, I have not gotten that call yet and honestly, I am no sure if that call will happen."

"Dr Hernandez is great when available. She has been my doctor for a few years now and I have 0 complaints about her. However, the office personnel could use some changes. Though they have definitely improved over the course of the last 2 years, they still have ways to go and I’m not sure I’ll return after this…I was sick 2 weeks ago and thought I had covid because of the symptoms. Though I tested negative at the ER, I decided to schedule an appt with my pcp. Dr Estevez was booked and I was scheduled to see the nurse practitioner - who btw, was also great. She prescribed my with several things to ensure that I didn’t have an asthma flare up — but, the staff never sent my rx to the pharmacy. I called the office in the afternoon and left a message; did the same the following day and no one ever called me back to apologize or sent my rx to the pharmacy. Thankfully, I had leftover meds from when I had covid 4 months ago and was able to it through whatever virus I had with just that and staying in bed for an entire week. This is complete negligence and makes me feel as if the assistants and staff don’t really care about helping patients. It’s not the service that you’d expect from a doctor’s office after a sick visit. My 3 stars are only related to the actual medical staff who actually care about their people."
