"I’m new to the area and needed a GI dr badly. The office staff was super helpful from the second I called on Tuesday. Also, they got me in really fast, which was great because I am actively having symptoms and was ready to go to the ER. Dr Ahmadi was very friendly & has a nice calm demeanor . I didn’t wait long at all in the waiting room, or the treatment room. I felt he was very thorough and easy to talk to. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all. I scheduled my first colonoscopy appointment and I’ll be returning for follow up care. Very happy with the care I received today here. Thank you!"

"I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for the following reasons: 1) I didn’t meet Dr Ahmadi once after several visits to the office, having an upper endoscopy performed or on my follow up. There was ZERO Dr/Patient relationship established. 2) The front desk seems understaffed. I have consistently been hung up on after spending time on long telephone holds. Other times the phone (during normal business hours) was simply never answered. 3) Above average waiting room times. 4) My treatment plan was an uninspired mile-long list of expensive prescriptions to treat symptoms rather than a strategy to combat my illness. 5) My single endoscopy was billed twice, requiring me to pay my insurance copayment twice. After a lengthy conversation with billing, the explanation I got was that the biopsy/endoscopy were not bundled “like I’m used to” because biopsies were taken in 2 locations. This explanation only came after I pushed the issue - I was originally told that this is the “standard” and “correct” way to bill the procedure. This place seems like an establishment set up to funnel as many patients through, as quickly as possible to squeeze as much cash out of its geriatric clientele as possible. The gal that I saw on my visits was nice, but she only parroted the instructions that Ahmadi barked at her on the other side of the door. If you’re a person interested in getting progressive treatment, having a relationship with your Dr and NOT getting taken advantage of financially, this ain’t the place for you."

"My initial and last visit. The staff is unprofessional and lack basic social skills when communicating with patients. Didn’t have an opportunity to visit with a doctor. I was informed if I wanted to see a doctor I should’ve requested it when I made the appointment. Who knew? The staff should’ve explained the process when THEY called me to set up the appointment. Beware!"

"Very disappointing visit. Made appointment much like another person who put a negative review, being very symptomatic and in a great deal of pain. History of Peptic ulcer that has never quite gone away. Not my first rodeo. Tech took me back and put the blood pressure cuff on the top of my wrist instead of underneath and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't read anything. Inevitably said "it must be broken". I said nothing. Dr came in. not sure if it was DR or a PA. She listened to my symptoms and told me there was nothing she could do for me until I had and Upper GI endoscopy. which they could get me in for in a month. Again, not my first rodeo, they were not interested in getting my previous records. Offered me no options as for my pain. I didn't even want pain killers or anything. Just Protonix and a smooth muscle relaxer to discontinue my intestinal spasming which I knew was occuring. Both of those things would have gone a long way to help me. But no, can not give you anything. Great. There was no way at this point I was going forward with these people, but now 9 months later receive a bill for $155 because the Dr. they had me see didn't take my Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. When were they going to tell me that? Apparently 9 months later. Because I assure you they did not up front. Very unprofessional, uncaring, and apathetic staff. Would not send anyone I like there."

"Not very professional at all. Felt more like a number instead of a human being, during my visit to the office. The office didn't look/feel like a medical facility - it reminded me of a pawn shop. The doctor didn't give me a thorough examination or seem interested in diagnosing my painful symptoms. I had to call the office (instead of being called) for results from an O&P test (that I had to ask for). And, their self pay prices are far too high. I'm still very symptomatic and in need of help, but will be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this doctor with a colonoscopy or other procedure, even if you paid me to."
