"Whoever is answering the phones at this office needs to be fired. I called to make an appointment and to make sure my insurance was accepted. The woman who answered didn’t know if my insurance was taken. She came back on the line and said “I’m new, and the person who knows the answer is in a room, can you call back after lunch?” Surprised at the lack of manners since SHE is the one unable to help me, the patient, I asked “you don’t want to take my name and number?” She proceeded to sigh very loudly and said very rudely, “what’s your name” I told her never mind, I would find somewhere else. Sorry you were asked to do your job. If this is any indication of the kind of service you receive at this practice I would not go there."
"Extreme disappointment. Staff is arrogant, rude and uncooperative. Refuse to assist with insurance process. Continually interrupt so no reason to even try to ask questions or provide information. Doctor is the same way, culture starts at the top. Disgrace to even assume association with Bond Clinic. I would suggest looking at other alternatives."
