"This clinic is by far the most disappointing medical office I've ever encountered. Today marked my first and final visit as a new patient. From the reception team to the manager, whose name I believe is Venecte, the level of customer service was abysmal. His interaction with patients is utterly unacceptable, and I strongly believe he should be dismissed. I refuse to subject any of my family members to such treatment. It's no surprise they have a one-star rating."

"I will start by saying that the doctors, MA’s and the nurse practitioners are AMAZING. The issue that the clinic has is the center manager and the receptionists (first floor only) from this office. They are super unprofessionals, no manners whatsoever, no good customer service or professionalism. They are always talking about other employees and patients information (HIPPA?!). They’re always cursing, laughing, and when you ask for something that is their job, they get mad or they treat you really bad. Oh!! And the “manager” is always at the front desk gossiping and talking about his vacation, days off or just family stuff and he does not even handle interacting with people in a professional way. This is SOOOO sad and frustrating because like I said, the staff is amazing, except for the first floor receptionists and the “manager” that looks and acts more like a maintenance guy. It’s disgusting. CONVIVA, what is happening with their trainings, and customer service experience?! Also, I decided that my review was going to be posted anonymously because I really have zero interest of coming back or to be contacted from this place. There is absolutely NOTHING NOBODY CAN SAY to me to come back. I really wish for the sake of the good employees here, that management takes action before is too late for the whole clinic."

"This is the worst healthy care service in the history of medical care. They don't fill refills when you call. They Never call back like they say they will. This place should be shut down! I would not send my dog there...."

"I hate that these new people took over Reliance. I call today to see if they were in Simple net work again cause I seen a APRN there I though I would really like. Talk to some man that didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. Was told they didn't take Simple. Its ashamed what is happening to the clinic. I loved Reliance."

"Terrible services here!!! I’ve been in pain for two or more weeks now. I’ve been to the ER twice, then I went there to see my doctor and he was more worried about health insurance and what it paid for when I was in the ER instead of worrying about my health. I have no referrals, he just said come back in four weeks. I could be dying and you’re telling me to come back in four weeks. The ER gave me pain meds, he gave a script for pain meds. All it does is make you high meanwhile I”m still in pain. Like I said terrible services."
