"My insurance card has clearly mentioned I dont have copay and dont need to pay to provider during the visit because I have mra/has which is leveraged by the insurance company to settle any claim. I showed that nut the verification/billing department could not verify the same asked me to pay upfront $100 so I had to come back without seeing the doctor :("

What I appreciate most is that he gives the impression that he's not just trying to push for his pockets. He tries to suggest noninvasive solutions first, which is nice, but he also keeps it real for the things I want to push for. He explains all suggestions pretty thoroughly and sets realistic expectations without fighting me too much on what my fears are."
"Highly recommend. Staff is friendly, professional, and pleasant. I was able to get appointments pretty quick although they appear to be a very busy office. I appreciate the office has an online portal where you can schedule appointments and send staff messages. This is super convenient. Also the office is easily and centrally located."
