"Wasted two hours of my life here, waited quite a while with a reservation and Was so sick upon arrival, all for some “NP” to tell me it’s “viral” and she would not prescribe any meds. So glad I wasted my time and co pay. All to find out I had bronchitis. Clearly I was so sick I could barely function. I have missed 3 days of work and had to go to a second urgent care just to get several meds !! Here is a tip, as a healthcare provider, Why don’t you actually listen to someone you’ve never met. PS as someone in my 50’s I believe we know our own body and medical history and the fact that she wouldn’t prescribe me anything much less listen!, I feel she fell short of a health care provider. I’ve spent 4 days in bed, put my family at risk and lost 4 days of my life and time from work! All of this could have been avoided! This place was a complete joke."

"I did not like the attitude of one of the receptionist that morning. I said I came for a shot of the medication for persons with Covid. She said "I never heard of such a thing." Well I did get a shot in Sept 2023 when I came in with Covid. She acted very flippant. I do not know her name as she had no visible name tag. She did have braid wrapped around the top of her head with a thin scarf holding the braid. The rest of my visit was ok but I was given a scrip for coughs. I did not have any cough nor reported having any. Also got the Covid med. script"

"Received no relief for a cough that has been going on for over a month. I feel like I was given the run around. Was told to get CT scan and said here is your order. Left it up to me to find my own imaging place and come to find out there was one Nextdoor to them. I’m new to the area and would have liked to have been given that information. 6 days later and still no relief given for this cough. I felt no concern was given to me about MY health. It’s all about the money I feel like."

"Not a good experience. The Nurse Practitioner cavalierly misdiagnosed my 86-year-old mother as having a "pulled muscle" from coughing. She ended up--a day later-- hospitalized for bilateral pneumonia and severe sepsis without septic shock. I'm glad I followed my instincts instead of relying on their diagnosis. Also, the receptionists seemed annoyed by our being there. Whatever happened to treating sick people with kindness? Sick people are often scared. A friendly smile goes such a long way to helping a person feel more comfortable. On the positive side, my mother's info was easily transferred to St. Joe's when she was admitted for her pneumonia, so there's that."

"Everything about my visit to your BayCare Clinic was excellent, Your facility is extremely clean. The receptionists were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The grade of care I received was totally excellent from the nurse who took my vitals to the examination by the RNP. An amazing experience from start to finish."
