"This is the biggest mess I have ever seen. The hyper link to confirm your appointment is the wrong location, 20 minutes away. So obviously I arrived late, and I understand it is not the front desk/np’s fault but it’s also not mine either. Also they had the audacity to say that they were booked back to back, so they could not take me walk-in, but not a soul walked in. Mind you, on the minute clinic website it says that you don’t need an appointment but I guess that’s just false advertising. I do not recommend 0/10 experience, the people are so unhelpful, with no compassion. They should not be working in healthcare with the amount of negligence they have."

"I wouldn’t call this clinic a walk in. I’ve yet to have a bad experience when I had an appointment. The staff is friendly and helpful, they’re good for minor illnesses that don’t need to be seen by an MD."

"Had a very smooth experience booking an appointment online for the same day to rule out flu, strep, covid. Seems like some of the low reviews are about walk ins. Just book an appointment online and you should be set. It was so efficient and really beats going to a crowded urgent care. Would definitely come back here."

"I went there as a walk-in and was told that I needed an appointment and there weren’t any available for that day. The place was literally empty! There were no patients! I was there at 1 pm on a Saturday and the place doesn’t close until 5 or 5:30 pm. So much for a ‘walk-in clinic’. Drove right down the street to Advent Health. Smh"

"Made an appointment online, arrived early and checked in at the kiosk. No waiting at all, was seen immediately. I had to have a test done, and waited for the results for about 10 minutes. After that, the nurse made sure to answer any and all questions I had and gave me a few extra resources. I felt very well taken care of. They also suggested the pharmacy with the most affordable price on the prescription I needed. All the staff wore masks, and everything was very clean."
