"This is one of the worst run doctors office I have ever been to. My first visit there the doctor (Dr. Alabi) was unbelievably rude to me. He accused me of playing a joke on him saying I was pretending to be my family doctor. Her last name and mine sound similar so for some reason he thought I was pretending to be her. Now I am trying to get my medicine renewed through Optum RX and they seem to not know how to do that. The worst part is your phone call goes to a call center - the phone line is fuzzy and I can't understand them. I have been trying to renew my medicine for almost 2 weeks and am beyond frustrated. I cannot talk to anyone in the office - just the people in the call center. My whole experience with this place has been a nightmare."

"Once your in with the Dr. Your good. Long waite for appointment's and call back times are a long wait. But if a call to your Dr. There. Are great at getting back to you! Very busy at times . And your needs will be met ; just that the waiting for calls from scheduling .. is a pain"

"This doctor's office has too many patients to provide timely and adequate care. I was referred to them by my primary care physician for sleep apnea and took them 3 months and me calling 6 to 7 times to get the approval for a home sleep study for my insurance. Their medical equipment company seago's is also extremely terrible took them another almost 2 months to be able to get my CPAP machine. Then after using the machine for 3 months which was the minimum recommended requirements I had an appointment and explain that I was still having issues sleeping with the masked leaking and squeaking they supposedly ordered a new mask and now have been waiting almost 3 months for that mask. Don't waste your time in dealing with someone who doesn't have time to do follow through with your insurance and medical equipment companies."

"We had an appointment for 10 am and we arrived 15 min early. At 11:10, they finally called us into the room. The front desk staff said it's normal to wait over an hour past your appointment time. May be best to find a different Dr unless you don't mind waiting. They don't care about your time."
