"My uncle passed two weeks. And for him to be legally pronounced dead the doctor has to fill out some form the hospital is demanding. We are ready to put him to rest and the doctor is refusing to sign the document confirming his death. The health department is now involved because this has been delayed way too long. We are being told they have never seen this before. We are mourning and want to move on and this doctor is delaying the process. 10/10 do not recommend. If the doctors takes long to sign a document I can’t imagine being his patient and having to wait to be seen and get medical results."

"I can’t imagine why you would go to this doctors office with its already terrible reviews. Well here’s another one. My uncle passed away almost 3 weeks ago and my family hasn’t been able to cremate him because the doctor at this office is REFUSING to sign paperwork that proves my uncle was a patient here receiving treatment, within the pass 6 months. We have been in communication with them and the office thinks we want them to sign a document saying that he died in the doctors office. Obviously not! Obviously he didn’t die in the office. The doctor here clearly lacks experience and common sense. Now the health department is forced to get involved to make this doctor sign the paperwork. We just want to put him to rest, and this office is making it so complicated and difficult for no reason. Don’t go to this doctor. Cause if you die, your body will be rotting in the morgue while your family is stuck in limbo."

"This office does not deserve a 1 star! Our daughters appointment was scheduled for 115, she arrived at 107pm, signed up and took a seat. After 1 hour she asked how much longer, they told her the appt is at 145pm. Why wouldn't you inform the patient of that when you see she documented 115 pm as her appointment time? Then the receptionist gets upset with her because she is frustrated & sick & waiting. The receptionist demands respect, respect is earned. And when a non hispanic patient walks in and you don't greet them but greet hispanics very friendly & without prompting, there is an issue. This office needs to learn ethics and patient care. Nasty rude & do not know how to interact with non hispanic patients. Never again, and my spouse will be looking for another Dr. Florida is not spanish owned, it's multicultural! Adjust yourself & learn patient interaction!"

"-0 star. STAY AWAY From this office. They are just there for the money, NOT for the well being of the patients. 1. I called before I ran out of my refill, nurse never picked up. Left messages, never receive a call back. Then when I finally got the nurse, I requested a refill, I was told that I needed to see the doctor so I can get a refill. App was set for 0830, arrived at 0800 was not seen until 0910. 10 minutes with the doctor and I was out, doctor wants to see me in two more weeks (don't understand what for), then I have to wait 20 more minutes for the lab order, which I just had one done with my specialist and told them, but they said they needed their own order. They will NOT see me in two weeks or ever again! 2. previous incident- I was seeing my diabetes specialist and I already had a referral but this clinic called me telling me that I had to see this doctor so they can give me the referral for the diabetes specialist. so I went to see this doctor and then he tells me that I need a blood test, before I can see my specialist. Then he proceeded to cancel my appointment with the specialist until he sees the results of the blood test. I called my diabetes specialist and they told they don't need a referral, because the one that they had was good for a whole year. the Nerve!"

"This doctor Ivan Rodríguez and office staff have very poor care for their patients. My husband is legally blind and during the first visit needed assistance completing the new patient paperwork. The staff refused to assist and he ended up getting assistance from his barber next door to complete the forms. I called and spoke to a clinic a manger who assured me he would get treated well from this point forward. On the second visit my husband arrived early as he relies on public transportation. Not only did he wait 2 hours for his appointment time but also 2 hours passed his appointment time. The doctor reprimanded him for going to the ER a week before due to a foot infection and did not prescribe any medication for a current condition. The doctor had very poor bedside manners and the staff is not well trained. We had decided to give this clinic a chance but regret doing so. We will definitely not be going back and discourage anyone from getting care at this facility."
